We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:

- Plush items (including stuffed toys, puppets, and soft baby toys)
- Clearance items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so we can assist you.
6. Mailbox Rentals
Mailbox rentals are provided for secure mail and package delivery. Customers must comply with all applicable regulations and provide accurate identification. Misuse of mailbox services may result in termination without refund.
